Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Management of commercial interior fit ups
  • Provide project schedules
  • Process submittals for approval
  • Negotiate contracts
  • Lead Project Meetings
  • Assist Project Superintendent to ensure projects are on schedule

Qualifications/Skills:

  • Previous experience in construction or other related fields
  • AAS or BS in Construction related field
  • Thorough understanding of quality building practices
  • Ability to read, understand, and execute blueprints, drawings, and plans
  • Proficient with smart phone and PC
  • Strong leadership qualities
  • Deadline and detail-oriented
  • Must have a valid driver’s license
