Duties/Responsibilities:
- Prepares work schedules and assignments.
 - Communicates and enforces safety procedures and site rules.
 - Prepare daily project reports.
 - Maintain jobsite and common area protection and cleanliness.
 - Regularly inspects work for quality and timeliness; prepares and provides progress reports to owners and architects; makes recommendations for necessary modifications.
 - Ensure specifications and regulations outlined in architectural and engineering plans are followed.
 - Schedule and meet with Inspection Departments and Inspectors on site to achieve all required sign-offs pertaining to the project.
 - Attend and participate in Superintendent Meetings, Safety Meetings, and Construction Site Meetings.
 - Communicate and coordinate construction activities with existing tenants in an occupied building.
 - Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines.
 - Maintain a clean, safe, organized job site at all times.
 
Qualifications/Skills:
- Previous experience in construction or other related fields
 - AAS or BS in Construction related field
 - Thorough understanding of quality building practices
 - Ability to read, understand, and execute blueprints, drawings, and plans
 - Proficient with smart phone and PC
 - Strong leadership qualities
 - Deadline and detail-oriented
 - Must have a valid driver’s license
